| Ordered size 40 and was sent size 46 (packaging incorrectly marked). The original order was sent express delivery and the exchange was to going to be sent the same way. When I contacted customer service and let them know that this delay, which was not my fault would delay a planned vacation trip. I was told that there was nothing they could do, HOWEVER, Letherup up graded the shipping to Next Day Delivery, at no charge to me, and I was able to leave on my trip on time. These chaps fit great, are extremely well built and feel great (the leather is thick and soft). Thank you Leatherup for the great product and great customer service. |

| I was a little worried when I ordered these boots. I usually like to buy boots one size larger because they can be tight to put on. I normally wear a size 10 1/2 or 11. I bought these with all the great reviews and received them today. They fit perfectly with plenty of room for my toes as a size 10! I can wear thin socks and be completely comfortable. The material and workmanship on these boots are top notch. No need to buy famous brands for the same thing! All the reviewers helped me decide and now i'm one of them telling you to get these boots. They are worth the price and it's quality. |
